If you want to exchange an item, please follow our Return Policy guidelines. This means that all items must be returned to us in order to qualify for a refund. Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund. For more details about refunds, please review our Refund Policy.

If you would like to explore other color or style options, you may return the item(s) to us and make a separate purchase for the desired item(s) on our website, maarzo.com.

RETURNS POLICY

We provide a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery if you need to return your purchase. To initiate a return, please refer to the instructions outlined below:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact Maarzo within 14 days of receiving their order and request a "Return Authorisation." Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a valid return authorisation. Customers can place a return request through our contact form or by sending an email to returns@maarzo.com.
  • Upon approval of your return request, we will send you an email confirmation containing all the necessary details.

You take care yourself to use your preferred shipping method and return the product(s) back to Maarzo. You should inform us about the tracking number as soon as you ship the parcel. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed to you.

Please use your preferred shipping method to return the product(s) to Maarzo and ensure that you inform us of the tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped. Please note that we will not reimburse the shipping costs. Maarzo cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.

  • To be eligible for a return, all product(s) must be returned to us in their original, unworn condition and include the full packaging and tags. Please ensure that the labels and seals have not been removed, and the branded box is also returned undamaged, as it is considered a part of the product.
  • Please avoid attaching any labels or tape to the branded box or packaging.
  • Please note that any damages to the packaging or failure to include it in your return or exchange may result in packaging costs being deducted from your refund.
  • Kindly note that the original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. For orders placed outside Hong Kong, please note that Maarzo cannot be held responsible for the refund of any import tax or duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.
  • Upon receiving the returned product(s) from the customer, our customer service team will send a confirmation email to acknowledge the receipt of the product(s).

Please note that Maarzo reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements, such as products that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned outside the prescribed timeframe. Additionally, parcels that cannot be identified with the customer's information (surname, first name, address, and return code) may also be refused. If your return is not accepted, it may be sent back to you at your own expense, and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
