HONG KONG ONLY SHIPPING POLICY:
We provide free doorstep delivery to Hong Kong.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
We aim to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking information and estimated delivery date and time. Please note that any orders placed during the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Also, please note that the delivery times may be affected by unexpected events and inclement of weather, including, without limitation, typhoon signal No.8 or above, black rainstorm warning, serious flooding or road blockage or closure due to bad weather.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY:
For unsuccessful delivery, an SMS notification will be issued to the customer by the shipment company informing unsuccessful delivery. The item will be transferred to the designated collection point for counter-collection. The Item will be retained for 7 working days at the designated collection point. Please note that the working days for the collection points are from Monday to Saturday.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES:
All costs derived from uncollected packages will be the customer’s responsibility (original and return shipping charges, storage if applicable), therefore, please be aware that MAARZO will deduct from your refund all the costs in which the brand has incurred.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer free doorstep local delivery in Hong Kong and provide international delivery options to a wide range of destinations worldwide. Currently, our customers have access to two international delivery options: the e-Express service, available in 32 destinations, and the Speedpost service, which covers a wider range of worldwide destinations. Customers can choose from the available options for their country during the checkout process.
List of the countries we can ship currently: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Maldives, Monaco, Nepal, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
Shipping to United States is temporarliy suspended.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Our goal is to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date and time. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM on working days or during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
Delivery times are estimates and are provided for reference only. Estimated times for international shipping depend on the selected shipping option and destination. The standard delivery time is based on the actual working days in the destination country or territory. The day of posting and the time required for customs clearance are not included in the delivery standard.
Please be aware that estimated delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance processes, aviation security checks, inclement weather, and unexpected events, including disasters, strikes, wars, or epidemics. Additionally, for destinations with extensive territory or remote areas, delivery times may be longer than estimated. Likewise, during sales or holiday seasons, mail delivery may take longer.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY AND UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
For local unsuccessful deliveries, the shipping company will issue an SMS notification to the customer, informing them of the unsuccessful delivery. The item will be transferred to the designated collection point for counter-collection and will be retained for 7 working days. Please note that collection points operate from Monday to Saturday.
For all international destinations, if no one is available to collect the mail item at the designated customer's address at the time of delivery, a notification card will normally be left for the recipient to collect the mail item at a designated post office or location. Any mail item that cannot be delivered to the customer will be returned to MAARZO in due course. The return of uncollected packages is subject to the regulations and arrangements of the destination's postal administrations.
All costs associated with uncollected packages, including original and return shipping charges, any taxes, duties, and storage charges, if applicable, will be the customer's responsibility. Therefore, please be aware that MAARZO will deduct these costs from your refund as specified in the "Uncollected Packages" section.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that for international destinations, your purchase may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and/or import taxes in accordance with the customs authorities of the destination country. MAARZO operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping basis, which means that it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay any customs duties, charges, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Customs clearance requirements, procedures, and charges vary depending on the destination country. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by the customs authorities for the clearance of items.
In the event that an item is rejected or returned to MAARZO due to non-compliance with applicable local taxes, import duties, or any other required information, all shipping costs, taxes, duties, or charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. This amount will be deducted from your refund, as specified in the "Uncollected Packages" section.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, along with the carrier information if applicable to the chosen shipping option. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your package in real-time. We understand the importance of staying informed about the delivery progress, and we're committed to providing you with the tools to do so.
